WIN 10th Anniversary

It has been a great pleasure to serve as a steering committee member of the Women’s Interactive Network at my current employer, Janney Montgomery Scott LLC. I am extremely passionate about women supporting women and creating an inclusive workplace for all. The Women’s Interactive Network, or WIN for short, focuses on promoting an environment for women to grow and advance in their careers. 2022 was the 10th anniversary of WIN. I was able to design an entire yearlong campaign to celebrate the milestone. I first created a modified version of the existing WIN logo. I then created email banners with photos and shapes as overlays. The shape theme was then carried over to the other campaign elements, such as signage and an annual report. The festivities culminated with a 10th anniversary party. It was lovely to design all of the marketing materials for that event and celebrate with all of the wonderful women who have made WIN a success over the past 10 years!
